Inspired by a Swedish Art Deco model of the 1930's
A companion to the Douglas Fir Cabinet range (6935 & 9472 ) the model is conceived with an emphasis on form and functionality, combining modernist and Art Deco detailing with sleek simplicity and practicality. Hand crafted in England from sustainable Douglas Fir, the sideboard sits on a simple inset plinth with three even-sized sections with doors with internal moveable shelves, with hand-made and blackened solid brass pivot hinges and latches. The sideboard is lightly oiled to enhance the natural figuring in the wood grain
